Treasurer report.

            Currently there is $835 in our account.  All of our health clinic bills have been paid and we have no outstanding debts.

President report

            *Nationals, We need to know who will be there and when.  The committee is looking for a site close to the ballroom.

            *There is a wine and cheese social that we may have to sponsor.  More information is needed.

            *Gift bags- Do we as a club want to donate an item.  It was suggested to include biodegradable poo bags.  The motion was made , voted on and passed.

            * There has been mention of CCHC hosting the 2011 nationals possibly in Charlotte.

            *HCA is working a nationals date.  Perhaps to change it to an earlier date before schools start.

            *Health clinic…do we want to sponsor one at PKC again?  Motion was made to sponsor clinic again, voted on and passed.

            *A check-list has been requested to see what else we need to do to become fully recognized as a club rather than a club in formation status.

            *Suggestion was made to have a stuffing party at Lorrilee’s to help with goodie bags.

            *Banner, do we want to look at getting a banner to use for meet the breed and other events.  Lisa will look into that.

            *Scrapbook…we may want to do a scrapbook for nationals.
